Mark, Director October 1989 Mark started his career of Christian Camping at Honey Rock Camp in Wisconsin. He has appreciated and enjoyed his work with churches and promoting the value of a camp experience in their ministry. Mark has been married to Julia for 17 years and their two children, Sam and Sara have both grown up at Dickson Valley.

John, Camp Manager / Food Service Coordinator

 A graduate of John Brown University, John began his long career in camping at 'Playschool on the farm' at the age of 4. Hired at Dickson Valley Camp in 1991 as Camp Manager doing everything that was asked of him. In 2003 John became the Food Service Coordinator and oversees all food service operations of DVC. In 2007 John opened Bebe's Coffee House & JC's Ice Cream Shop in Plano, IL which he operates while continuing his duties at Dickson Valley.
Donna, Housekeeping September 1987 2007 is a mile stone this year marking Donna's 20th year of serving people through her role at DVC. Her keen eye to detail has been very evident to groups when they arrive to a clean and organized cabin. On her off time you'll find Donna spending time with her family, amongst them two grandchildren Paxton and Garrett, who she enjoys bringing to camp to play in the gym.
Wade, Program Coordinator January 2004 Graduating from Northwestern College in Iowa, Wade has experience working summers at Inspiration Hills in Iowa and Camp Geneva in Michigan. Starting at DVC as a Program Host he soon grew into the position of Program Coordinator where he puts his BA in Communications into good use communicating with groups up until they arrive for their retreat.
Tim, Operations Coordinator May 2006 A native from Manteno, IL, Tim is one of the newest additions to DVC. Tim's experience comes from working maintenance at Life Action Ministries in Niles, Michigan and working as a ranch hand in Colorado. Being blessed with skills that have highly benefited DVC, Tim has recently created a new hay wagon and remodeled the kitchen in Acorn Lodge. Tim has recently gotten married to Priscilla, a long time Dickson Valley employee.
